# In the Notebook Clipper app

Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) shows you one notebook at a time. Some things only make sense with your whole account in view: a notebook that belongs in two projects, three notebooks that should be one, a source you remember but not where you put it, an Audio Overview you want on your phone. The Notebook Clipper app is that view. It lists every notebook, source and artifact of your Google account on one screen, so you can find any of them by name, group notebooks into collections without moving anything, duplicate or merge notebooks from the list, and turn Audio Overviews into a podcast your phone subscribes to. It opens from this site, from the extension’s side panel, or straight from its address, with the Google account you are signed in with in your browser.

## Notebooks and collections

The Notebooks and Collections pages, with the actions in each row’s menu and the bar that appears when you tick rows.

- [Manage your notebooks](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/manage-notebooks.md): Create, rename and delete notebooks, from the app or the side panel.
- [Duplicate a notebook](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/duplicate-notebook.md): A copy with all of its sources, from the app, the side panel or the Gemini Notebook home page.
- [Merge notebooks](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/merge-notebooks.md): The sources of several notebooks copied into one, new or existing.
- [Search across every notebook](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/search.md): Every notebook, source, artifact and podcast episode of your account, found by name from one box.
- [Manage your collections](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/manage-collections.md): Notebooks grouped by course, client or project, with a notebook allowed in several at once.

## Podcasts

The Podcasts page: a show with an RSS feed, filled with Audio Overviews from any notebook.

- [Create a podcast](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/podcasts/create-podcast.md): The show: its name, its cover and the details listeners see in their podcast app.
- [Add episodes](https://notebookclipper.com/docs/app/podcasts/add-episodes.md): An Audio Overview from any of your notebooks, added to the show as a new episode.
