AI chats
The useful parts of an AI chat are easy to lose: a comparison you worked through with ChatGPT, a plan Claude drafted, a research thread in Perplexity with its sources, a Gemini answer you keep scrolling back to. Notebook Clipper adds them to a notebook in Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) as sources, the whole conversation or one answer, and can replace a source when the conversation has grown since you added it. It works the same way on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Grok: a Gemini Notebook button in the conversation header, an icon under every answer, and the side panel.
Guides
There is one guide for each thing you can do with a conversation.
- Add a whole conversation
Every question and answer in a conversation as one source, from the button in the header or from the side panel.
- Add a single answer
One answer as its own source, or added to the conversation’s source, from the icon under it.
- Update a conversation you already added
The current conversation in place of the source you added earlier, from the header button or the side panel. Pro.
